According to a report from IoT analysis company Berg Insight, 5G will make its first appearance in the market in late 2020. 

Fifth-generation (5G) mobile service is expected to reach more than 40-per-cent global population coverage and 1.5 billion subscriptions for enhanced mobile broadband by the end of 2024.
